Located at the center
of beautiful Birch Bay, the Beachcomber Trailer Village is near
to many exciting amenities. One of its many qualities is
that the trailer village is located just 800 feet from an extensive
and beautiful sandy beach. It is set amongst serene landscape
that offers spectacular views of Birch Bay Golf Course,
Mt. Baker, and Meadowland Park. 
The secluded area
allows one to escape from the rush of every day life to enjoy
some well deserved peace and quiet. If you are looking
for activity or excitement feel free to emerge from the
serenity of the Trailer Village to try a little water skiing,
jet skiing, sailing, or windsurfing.
There is an 18 hole golf course
for avid players as well as mini golf, water slides, go
karts, biking and pony rides for kids. Additionally, when
the tide is out, there are miles of sandy beaches that
are great for walks, sun tanning, building sandcastles, flying
kites, clam digging, crabbing, and other wonderful discoveries!
If shopping
is more your style there is a Factory Outlet Mall just five minutes
from the Trailer Village and the huge Bellis Fair Shopping Mall
is only twenty minutes away!
In the evening
there are nearby restaurants and pubs that offer wonderful
dining and entertainment such as karaoke. Watch the great
sunsets over Birch Bay waters from one of many patios while
enjoying a refreshing appetizer and an evening drink.
Perhaps you are
interested in visiting British Columbia, Canada. If this
is the case it is an easy one hour drive to Downtown Vancouver
or 45 minutes to the ferries bound for historic Victoria
- British Columbia's capital city.
The metropolis
of Seattle is located 2 hours to the south and is
home to tourist favorites Pioneer Square, Pike Place Market, and
the Space Needle.
In addition to the Beachcomber's great
location, it boasts modern facilities including a multipurpose
center which has rest rooms with showers and a laundry room.
Underground electricity, cable television, telephone, water hookups,
and sewer hookups are standard features at the Beachcomber Recreational
Vehicle and Trailer Village. The laundry room and shower
services are available in the Fitness Center which is located
conveniently at the entrance of the RV park. Each tenant
will receive a key that allows them access to these facilities.
Both standard and prime pads are available for rent. Rates are categorized depending on length of stay and season.
Annual rates
include water, sewage, garbage collection, and general maintenance.
Pads range from:
US$1,450.00 per year to
US$2,250.00 per year (maximum length is 35')
Please note that
tenants will be billed every 2 months for their power usage.
There is a US$5.00 per month meter fee.
Annual pre-paid
fees will result in discounts of US$100.00 and there are
additional annual discounts available for long term tenants.
The following one-time
deposits are payable at the time of rental:
A US$50.00 power
security deposit
A US$50.00 lot
damage deposit
A US$50.00 deposit
for the use of a storage shed (optional)
Monthly rates
are as follows:
Peak Season (May
1 to September 30): US$350.00 per month (includes all utilities)
Off Season (October
1 to April 30): US$150.00 per month (does
not include power, water, or sewer)
The weekly rate is as follows:
US$95.00 per week (inclusive)
The rate for two or more nights: US$20.00 per
night (inclusive)
The nightly rate: US$25.00 (inclusive)
