Incredibly exciting waterfront lodge. The home measures over 70 feet on the main floor and is positioned at a 45 degree angle to the water view

	This two story home features a welcoming, 31 foot Great Room including the large open dining area with the joining breakfast nook, island style kitchen overlooking a sunken family room and two fireplaces

The home is tastefully decorated in rattan furnishings. This is a view of the Great Room from the balcony hallway.

	There is the balcony view of the 5 foot glass dining table with lazy suzan at the end of the living room with seating for 8 and another 8 can be seated in the adjacent breakfast nook.

There are 3 different bedrooms to choose from, this being the first. Two with queen beds and one bunk room that sleeps 5 plus a queen air bed. Early risers love to grab the local paper, jog the 4-mi beach road, catch a crab on the morning tide or enjoy 5-sp tandem...perfect for exploring!

	Hillview has a very comfortable living room including a fireplace with French doors leading to a charming bedroom.
